Our Bees

The Art of Beekeeping

We have been raising bees for over 10 years, drawing from the influence of Chad's grandfather and his work as a beekeeper in the 1930's. Chad refers to his meticulous notes and drawings about his experiences in caring for the bees nearly a century ago. We strive to care for our bees in the same manner, with attention to detail and a conscientiousness that has allowed our apiary to grow. As you can see, our beehives are located in a wooded area, surrounded by Lancaster county farms, fields and trees which allow our bees to collect the pollen that makes our delicious raw, wildflower honey.
